JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
Responsible to produce quality products
Responsible to produce actual report of daily plant production & daily finished stock reports.
Responsible to produce a monthly/ yearly overall production report
Responsible to coordinate with sales/Q.C/Maintenance department personnel
Check and improve quality control procedures, from the raw material stage through to the finished product.
Maintain record of quality management system documentation.
Resolve the issues of client against our product.
Educates and trains the department members about production system.

• Produce different products form Starch like Glucose, Fructose, Sorbitol using raw material Rice.
• Manage the production of Protein of different grades obtain as a by-product from rice.
• Having experience on the following main processes and operations (Hammer Mills, Conversion Unit, Filter Presses, Rotatory Drum Dryers, Candle Filters, Ion Exchangers, multistage Evaporators) and good understanding of startup and shutdown of plant.
• Development of Standard Operating Procedures in Production.
• Check and improve quality control procedures, from the raw material stage through to the finished product.
• Made sure that hygienic condition, storage and procedures are maintained during the processing and packaging of food.
• Resolve the issues of client against our product.
• Responsible for providing guidelines in operating equipment in producing high-quality food product
• Developed quality control procedures for the manufacture of products in plants.
• Supervised and coordinated the work of technicians.
• Reporting to Plant Manager.
